My coaching sessions with Edel helped me focus on what was really important to me. I was spending so much time and energy distracted by the small stuff that I couldn’t see the big picture. The sessions we had were very insightful and helped me to step outside of the rut I was in to see what I needed to do now for the longer term gain. Making the first appointment with Edel was the hardest part but once I started the process I would never go back. She helps in a way that is very subtle but has a huge impact. She makes you look at things differently and always in a positive way so that the situation isn¹t as bad as it seems. Walking out of her office, I always felt better! I was married for a few years but it ended through no fault of mine leaving me dejected and withdrawn . Although I am happy and successful in my working life, I missed not having someone special by my side to enjoy life with. After some time being separated, I found that when I tried to get back into the dating scene, my confidence had gone and I couldn't conduct a conversation with a lady without panicking.
